It is a sterilized makkoli made of Mt. Semi rice and 250m underground rock water in Gapyeong, and has an excellent balance of alcohol. It is characterized by the addition of carbonic acid and is a makkoli that has undergone a secondary sterilization process after fully maturing at low temperatures.
